I have always been the person who eats <1,000 a day which is not healthy for anyone. Ever since starting the nutritional group, I have learned how to eat to keep my body’s energy up, how to divide food for the day, and what to do in a social scenario. I have become stronger, faster, and have more energy than I know what to do with.. sitting on the couch after a hard day at work is no longer something I have to do to recover for the next day. I can take our dog out on a walk or even go last minute grocery shopping with my hubby. - Personalized nutrition plan based on personal goals.
- Weekly email check-ins to analyze progress and provide adjustments to person nutrition plan.
- Access to private Facebook support group and in-person seminars for Nutrition Members Only.
- Minimum initial commitment is 3 months.
