CrossFit combines the best and most effective elements of conditioning, body weight movements and weightlifting to create an easily tailored fitness experience for people of all ages and fitness levels.
Through hard work, our program prepares teens for all-around athleticism. They get stronger, faster, more powerful, and improve flexibility. They learn about performance nutrition, and get set up to be an ‘athlete for life’.
Using a combination of calisthenics, running, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and lifting (the stuff we all used to call ‘playing’). We encourage these little Ninja Warriors to LOVE exercise.
Yoga is designed to open the body. Our classes are designed to help the connective tissue of the body stay strong and healthy. This also increases the body’s ability to fall into proper alignment while performing functional movements and helps to prevent injuries that are associated in the joints.
Finely tuned, a tailored nutrition plan will increase energy, sense of well-being and acumen, while simultaneously reducing fat and increasing muscle.
